Our firm provides the traditional Compilation and Review Services which many require for credit, insurance, and any other needs. With the availability of powerful and inexpensive accounting software the accounting function has all but shifted to business owners. We do not sell or market a specific software, but based on your specific needs we can make suggestions on the many different brands available. We then can help with Set Up, Implementation, and Maintenance. We also teach you how to use the reports which can be generated from the software. We also offer write up services where the client not only receives compiled financial statements, but a detailed general ledger, detailed payroll and independent contractor journals.

Payroll Consultation Services

Our payroll services are not of “payroll service provider.” There are many services out there which can process your payroll. What we do is Consult with our clients on payroll requirements such as the required quarterly and annual reports and related topics like:

• Employee vs. Independent Contractor
• Department of Labor Issues
• Wage & Hour Laws
• Compliance

We also represent clients aggressively in all payroll tax controversy cases to help resolve the case by establishing payment plans, dealing with auditors and tax representatives, and bringing in additional professionals as needed.

We also help clients set up payroll in their respective accounting software and provide guidance and maintenance so the client can take control of the pay function.
